Irish Biltong

My younger son, who lives in Dublin, Ireland, was sick of the crappy & expensive biltong on sale there, so he built himself a small biltong dryer and now makes his own ... here's his first batch ... looks pretty good. And apparently my 3 year old Irish / Saffer grandaughter likes it too
