I am a pastor and want to provide members of our church access to data specifically to watch sermons that we upload on Facebook, or to participate in Zoom meetings.

Is there a service available that will provide data/LTE to specific mobile devices for specific, scheduled periods of time?

Mmmm, so the short answer is no.

The long answer is, many churches use our https://simcloud.co.za system to buy small data bundles 5 minutes prior to the service starting.

So they will have a file with the cell numbers of all the people who will join the service and then they will laod 500MB or 1GB etc to all those numbers right before the service begins.

And the would use the daily bundles (cheaper than the monthly).

I was thinking that possibly a Service Provider can make an LTE or similar contract available for multiple users (RICA may be a challenge) for on-demand use - so at a pre-set time on certain days of the week. It's just an idea at this time, I'm not really technical so don't even know if it's possible. This would also work to provide access to online learning for people who can't afford high data costs.

Well, that's a start, I will look into it.
