Is a Teltonika modem compatible with MTN 5G ?

Good day,
Does anyone know if the Teltonika RUTX50 modem will be compatible on the MTN 5G network?
No one at MTN has been able to give me an answer.
We need to be able to easily connect up to 40 devices simultaneously and the MTN recommended modems suggested by our service provider will not be able to handle this many devices at once.
The one and only service provider for FTTB in our area is useless. We have been trying to get them to install fibre at our office for 6 over months now ... and 5G or LTE seems to be the only alternative.

Is the router limit a DHCP limit or a wifi AP limit. If it is just a WLAN limit then just buy a separate WIFI AP
