Is Absa internet banking down (20 Dec 2019)

Trying to do staff end of year wage payments here - not a happy mob outside the door. And I suppose that as soon as they do resolve the issue they will be swamped and crash again.

True ABSA did used to and did so for quite a few years. For about the past 2 or 3 years they have had no crashes over peak. In fact their uptime had been better than fnb for those years. And I am no fan of ABSA, hate them with a passion.

Same boat. Try slip out the emergency exit tunnel and make your way to your Marauder. It's about to go down if it stays down.
 
I can log in using the app but it takes ages to load transaction history for example...
 
Maybe if they get someone with a higher qualification than an A+ certificate to work on the problem it will speed up things.:rolleyes:
 
Still down. Was able to make one payment, which took forever but down since then. Twitter peeps are fuming. People need to get paid.
