Ok here is the 2 i recommend:

Intdev R250/month + R200 setup fee
Eastcoast R250/month

Currently their 3gb capped account work like this after cap:
100% local speed (though they said it would be 30%)
10% international speed (is what I experienced as well, browsable better than saix capped)

ofcoarse Blackdot has their uncapped ...

Axxess is not really IS based, though they have IS uncapped, uunet uncapped and huge SAIX capped, Id say they have something from everyone. But I am wondering, didnt the person who started this post, wanted 3gb ISadsl account isps ?

Correct ... I have a SAIX 3gb account at the moment .... but I want to move as soon as Telkom implements the local capping....
