IS - Afrihost International Slow?

I'm experiencing really slow speeds from international sites. My speedtest for local is at 1mbps down, but for international to the UK it's 0.29 mpbs with a 500 ping. That doesn't seem right...

My ADSL is synching at 512/2048 and doesn't show any issues...

Anyone else?

I'm on the Axxess IS account, and i have noticed a big decrease in speed since the 1/2 November. I sync at 8Mbps and my speedtest locally is at 5.6Mbps and internationally is 2.4Mbps.

Im lucky if I get 2mbps on my afrihost account (50gb unshaped)
