I don't know what's up with Airlink's website since the day before yesterday but its basically non-functional. Apart from the fact that for an airline, It looks like they spent R50 on the site and it was built entirely on Microsoft Sharepoint by a 10-yr old.

But since 2 days ago i can't book any flights nor change anything,. I've tried multiple browsers, bank cards etc.
Its always one of the following:
1. A database error occured or
2. The Administrator has not allowed direct access for this airline or
3. We are having problems allocating your payment

And other random ones. For about 6 hours their contact us page was just giving a 404 as well.

Their mobile app is a piece of rubbish wrapper for the above said Sharepoint site so its not functional either...

Very sad for an Airline to run a website like this its not like they don't make money lol.

If this is the site you are trying to access, it's working without any problems on my computer. Used Chrome and Edge.
Have you tried to complete a booking? Searches are fine. Anything past the PNR (actual booking being created on their side ) is just broken completely.

I tried with my Skybucks now and now i get "An error occured trying to allocate payment for this booking" lol. Bunch of muppets.

I went through all the steps up until I had to add the card details, because I just want to see how far it goes, I then abandoned the transaction. 1768460432400.png

Check your browser extensions. Often break things.
I've tried on 3 machines, mac and Windows, Chrome, Firefox and Safari.

Now i've been on hold on their call center for 18 minutes lol. This Airline is a joke.

Yeah its on check-out, the process until that stage is fine. when you try to checkout/pay or finalize the booking it throws an array of random errors.

The one error Gemini says is related to an error with the booking engine and the Amadeus GDS booking system. How hard is it to get that to work you have one job lol.
