Websites & emails hosted with them not working this morning.
Can't open axxess.co.za either.
 
Looks like it's back up, but some hosting & emails not working

Was down last night again, fixed LTE. Down on most Sundays as well.

I'm starting to notice more regular downtime occurrences .. trust it's not a sign of things to come.
 
It is usually not directly related to them. LTE it will be MTN or CellC (fixed lte) that is the issue.

Do you think my elderly mother cares? Should she?

I pay Axxess, it's their problem to sort AFAIAC.

Of course they should take care of the issue and communication. But if Telkom, MTN or CellC doesn't fix it on their end I don't think there is much the ISP can do.


CellC Fixed LTE is rubbish from what I have heard and a friends experience. Axxess even advised me not to get it. Not sure why a company would partner with them.

MTN I don't have any issues with.
 
What pisses me off is their website network status is always hunky dory. All systems go, blah blah... load of kak!

Don't even have the courtesy to notify/ admit to clients of any scheduled downtime.
 
They dont give a rats ass about clients. They are starting to follow in Afrihosts footsteps

I am canceling my accounts with them and warning people to not sign up with them as their service levels are beyond terrible with staff who do not read emails or bothering to keep their word

I had to fight today with their support. 6 days and no reply to a ticket logged....

Problems with inserting the sim and directions ( and I know what you are thinking, but I am not technically minded ). Even when I spoke to a team leader in support he gave me the wrong advice.

Like Space_Kriek above, no response to emails sent, and promises of people to phone me back never happened.

All accounts cancelled today.
