IS Backbone Issues May 2014

Hi all,

since monday ive been limping, its so unbareable,
i cant even open google com or co za. speedtest works great thou, 28ms / 1.72Mbps / 0.40Mbps.

Im on a 2MB package. seems to work fine around 7pm but as of around 6am its basically off.
it took me about 30 minutes to get to the page to post this topic.
anyone else expereincing issues? Since im on a package which doesnt allow seacom support im stuck on IS.

Looks like exchange congestion. Tried another ISP, like Afrihost's free 1GB account, to verify that the results are consistent?

ive tried FNB , same issue,
Openweb has given me an alternate account, will test in the morning,
but im already hating it. the after hours shaping is making me wanna throw up.

looks like by end of the year i would have tried all the ISP's and only next year i will know whos best.
