IS backbone vs the rest?

Whats the major difference between the ADSL on the IS backbone and the rest?

I'm looking to switch my ISP from Vanilla to Skyway.

Well going between IS and SAIX (I used to have SAIX for both local and international but moved to IS for international), I find them both to be pretty equal.

Skyways deal of 5gb international + 30Gb local for R329 seems to good to be true. I'm trying to find the hole

No hole... some ISP's get really really good deals on local. 5GB generally costs ~R300-R350

I'm paying R300 for 3Gb international, unshaped though...
So for an extra R29 I'm getting +2gb international + 30gb local, just gotta check all the rest before I take the step

IS latency's are generally higher to local gaming servers compared to Saix accounts according to a poll we did on our website a few months ago.

Aren't the local gaming servers on the SAIX network though? That would make sense then.
