I would just like to know if anything has happened to people for using over their cap of IS 30 gig local accounts?

Has there been any reports of legal trouble for overusing an IS account?

Nah I asked my ISP as well and they said it was ok...so I hit 170gb. Im pretty sure you're safe so go for it.

I've gone about 5-10gb over every month... they havnt said a thing or charged me more. Its there fault if they dont cap you at 30gb so if u dont get capped abuse it
