Based on the article's viewpoint, it's largely a case of semantics, or how the term 'disability' is understood. I guess we tend to associate it with the term 'handicapped' or 'disadvantaged', and if thats true then I would say being single is no more a disadvantage than being married is. Hell no. My life has always been far more productive and enriching on all fronts when I'm not in a relationship. It's punctuated equilibrium—periods of stagnation during relationships and then growth spurts when I'm single again. But I guess that comes with being a semi-aspergic obsessive hacker type.
