I would definitely do the machine learning and software engineering modules. Outside of that it looks like a fairly clear distinction between business relevant subjects and more mathematical subjects, so I would say that it depends on your undergraduate qualifications and which direction (business, scientist, etc.) you want to go next.
I want to take modules to increase my skills as a software developer. There are 2 modules I am thinking fo leaving out so that I can take the machine learning and software engineering modules.
Formal Program Verification - To provide an introduction to the design, verification, and implementation of a computer program via a formal specification. Verification rules for a number of procedural constructs, namely, the assignment statement, sequential composition, the if-then-else statement, skip and while statements are derived and applied to a wide variety of problems.
Formal Logic- To provide an introduction to the methods of formal logic used in computing.
Is this a good idea?

Logic-Based Reasoning
Machine Learning
Natural Language Processing
Software Engineering
Information Security

Enjoy as most of the subject didn't match up to my expectation in what I thought they were about vs what they are about.
* Inf sec - pretty much the same as what you've learned before and is a free pass subject
* Soft eng - is a free pass too and you probably know most of the work alreadt
* NLP - this is great if you want to know more about English than you ever thought possible. This is more about how sentences are structured and how the next word is classified and therefore potentially understood by a computer for grammar, spelling, comprehension etc.
* Machine Learning - this seemed to be quite different from most other machine learning tuts I did online and even a guy I worked with that was moving to Canada to do his masters in ML couldn't help me with the second assignment. The premise is learning how to teach a machine to work towards the most desirable equation that encompasses the most accurate answer to a hypothesis. After the first assignment there is a steep learning curve so if you take this I would try get my hands on all the assignments asap and start tackling as soon as you can. (PS perhaps I'm just stupid)

Two things.
1. The tutorial letters is protected by copyright law as the copyright is owned by UNISA. Distributing it is a big no no. If you want the past tutorial letters, speak with the Prof and explain to him why you want it.
2. Follow the advice of the Prof. He posted a message not to long ago (in the past month) explaining on what you need to do to pass the module. Follow his advice and you will not have issues.
