Yeah was having the same problem with IS today, very slow. SAIX seemed a bit slow as well. Also in Cape Town

My IS (local)connection has also been pretty slow over the past 2-3 days. SAIX has been running full speed though. It's only helped me develop a bad taste in my mouth for IS and some faith in SAIX - I need professional help for making that statement!
