IS Capping

So I have an uncapped express account and its been 10 days since the beginning of the month. From what I got from all the previous threads, I should be capped by now I think, but my speeds seem to be fine (if not more stable).

Anyone else with a capped account having issues, or is this IS just covering all their bases for later?

This new trend about advertising uncapped accounts what later will lower your speed by 50% seems unscrupulous, there should be something against paying for a xxxKB connection only to have it halved because you utilised the service. (Who would want an uncapped account if they aren't planning on putting it to use.)

I've got a 1meg line which I limit to 95kb/s. Agreed Browser, altho I am pleasantly surprised that I seem unaffected so far

Why do you limit it?

I'm starting to think that Paying for this so called Uncapped account and only having a 15gig allowance on it is a ripoff. I understand that it halves the speed but still, its not right... I could be flying on 2x10gig SAIX from SAOL for the same price!
