Is Cell C overcharging me?

I'm not sure if I'm reading something wrong, but Cell C seem to be overcharging me. I have a Nokia E-6 on Casual Chat 100 @R145pm and get 100MB free data every month. This month when my "Itemised Call Summary" invoice came in my postbox, my total due was R591,04, and it stated that my 7 most expensive dialled numbers were

1 - internet - R41.08
2 - internet - R32.15
3 - internet - R31.81
4 - internet - R18.06
5 -internet - R12.87
6 -INTEGO12 - R5.27
7 -internet - R5.23

and the 2 most frequently dialled numbers

1 - internet - 441 calls
2- INTEGO12 - 30 calls

First of all what is INTEGO12? It's recognized in the invoice as a content service? Secondly when I dial *101# on my cell I can see that I still have 60MB of my free 100MB available, so why am I being charged for using the internet? Thirdle when I dial #101# it says my usage is R58.01 so why is my total due R591.04?

Sorry if any of these noob questions.
