they don't steal Your DATA - this is what you need to look out for::
i've been with Cell'C since the company's launch about 15 years ago
& there were a couple of times that I also suspected they stole my airtime / data, but after I made myself look like a total idiot by calling in & accusing them of theft - I realised every single time tat it was infact an error I made...
i'm not going to bore you with all the technical jibber'jabber, but basically it's impossible for them to STEAL your data/airtime...
OK, I use an Android, but the same goes for iphones etc...
on ANDROID - make sure you've disabled the PLAYSTORE's auto updating feature, turn OFF all the ''auto'' features on any APPs You may have... (auto-update, auto-download auto-backup etc.)
You can trust me on this - any data that's been charged for has been consumed by your device (even if you didn't request it 'coz most APPs have functions/features that use DATA in the background)
I recommend you download an APP called ''my data detective'' or one of the many.similar APPs to track where Your DTAA is leaking to...
* oh, & turn on the ''RESTRICT BACKGROUND DATA'' feature, then some of the APPs thta do try to ''auto-whatever'' may popup a notification when they can't connect - that should help you figure'out which APP is draining your account...
**Good Luck**
