Is CI support open today, 17 June?

Hi, unlikely the line, but possibly a headset issue. We Q&A random calls, so quote the ref, and I'll have someone review.

Tks Paul, ref 00134881.

I've already had confirmation from Vumatel they're looking into it. Great service from CI.

I find the biggest issue wtih this is people using a phone on speaker then i kak them out and all of a sudden i can hear. Happens lot with Microsoft

Yes, speaker phones are the worst and headsets. Then you land up screaming I CAN'T HEAR YOU, I CAN'T HEAR YOU.

Once or twice she did try to adjust something but she was still muffled.

All our staff are supplied with headsets and mics, but they do fail eventually.

I remember during Lockdown one of the CI mommy staff's child went nuts in the background but at the same time she tried to be very professional. I couldn't keep it in anymore and I asked with chuckle

"have you tried switching it off and on again"

She just laughed and apologised for the kid screaming.

Still waiting 14:45 on Monday
