Is Cool Ideas' coverage search broken?

I tried my area which is on pre order and it just shows blank,

I tried a random address with LIVE fibre that cool ideas do cover and it's the same, also different internet.. the same. It seems broken like in the linked picture.

This is all it shows, even on different Fibre providers when using a house that IS in live coverage

looks like it's just certain areas that actually works on their web checker, called em and they said I need to email so they can check coverage and if metrofibre shows it's live then they will just need to arrange installation. Metrofibre shows live so it will probably happen I guess? then here's the real question. If they rely on checking coverage by email instead, what's the use of the coverage checker on the site -,-

We use the KMLs provided by the FNOs, so sometimes their polygons not quite match up with the Google map location and so it wont match on a lookup, so not a perfect system but works most of the time. Sometimes you can use a nearby address and drag the pin as a workaround.
