anyone one else experiencing inconsistent speeds during the day where it would normally be fast, but all of a sudden slow after attaining max throughput ?

my guess so far on what could be happening here :

a) a shape is instilled once you have reached a certian amount of your cap ea. 10% left

b) after max usage for certain amount of megabytes, speed or time shape is there for a certain period of time.

c) a and b for a pool of users using their total cap left and usage - they all get shaped.

wtf? Im not sure what the hell you asking

I suck at multiple choice questions. I usually go for C when I'm not sure of the answere. JJ.

I've only noticed slowdowns on the news server after 5 mins or so of full speed. Can't confirm for websites.

Not sure what you asking....is it this your international or local?

Usually with me, i'm on a 2GB plus 28GB local account, i can still browse international after my 2GB limit. It just gets slower and slower.

IS have installed new transparent caching and shaping devices. And they have a product from Opteq on test. It has been wreaking havoc for the last two weeks already. Phone and complain and just maybe they will take it off and install it properly... ;)

here is the service notification that was sent out...
