IS customer service

Hi Guys,

Can I please get some info on the technical support side from IS.

I see they are the ISP for the new lowest cost uncapped service via Incred Connection launched recently.

I am considering moving to them but service is important to me

Cannot wait 48 hrs before service is provided.

I did not know what their webaddy is but got it.

I thought the R99 was their normal deal now I see it is only for the 1st 1000 customers.

I have to say the Centurion branch have looked at my PC settings and quickly altered something without charging. Most other PC shops will not even listen and just want you to book in the PC and charge you.
