IS Disconnect Problems

Hi,

I have been on an 1024 IS Uncapped Business ADSL Account now for almost a month, and in this time have experienced the weirdest disconnection issue...

My connection runs stable without disconnects or anything for about 4/5 days. The connection then dies without warning, or any reason.

I have tested the line as soos as the connection dies and the line always connects with the backup USB Adsl modem and telkom Acc. I have.

This is no reason for the IS account to reconnect it seems. It then takes anything from 2 hours to 4 days to reconnect.

Anyone else experience this? Any advice?

same problem, my connection will just disappear for no reason. seems it has been sorted out for the last couple days
