IS DNS Problems

We are experiencing endless problems with IS DNS if we use IS DNS server 168.210.2.2 we get no domain names resolved, does any of have the same problem?

Please let me know what is the BEST DNS's to use other the IS DNS as IS just tell us there is now problems.
