What dns servers must I use for IS?

Secondary: 196.14.239.2

I use 196.4.160.2 (apollo.is.co.za) and 196.4.160.8 (hermes.is.co.za) and

I use 196.4.160.2 (apollo.is.co.za) and 196.4.160.8 (hermes.is.co.za) and

Both those DNS servers have deprecated. They were the (very) old servers that IS used to use, but they no longer serve recursive DNS queries. Like the previous poster said, 168.210.2.2 and 196.14.239.2 are the correct ones to use.
