IS DSL Proxy

Does anyone know what the Proxy server is for IS DSL? If any.

Edit: Is there no one that knows? or is there just no proxy?

I hate proxy servers, especially the ones you cant see.

I am having an issue at the moment, I am very much into open source and it is a part of my job, sourceforge.net is my primary portal for open source info and I cannot access it. I have taken the problem up with IS but am waiting for a response.

Anyway, long story short I did a bit of digging. I found a few open proxy servers and decided to try using another route to access sourceforge, the amount of time in seconds now to open that site is about ten to 15 seconds which is a hell of a lot quicker than infinite...

My issue seems to be related to a proxy server that is not working properly.
