Is DStv now working on Chromecast?

Is DStv now finally casting through the Chromecast? And is it working is iOS devices?

With the new update my chromecast actually stopped working. Can't cc or even airplay.

If I was a betting man, I wouldn't bet on them bringing this out ..

Still not working on my side but I only have iDevices. DStv claims the chromecast feature is coming to Android. iOS is not stipulated. So not sure.

Supposed to happen mid April. Still nothing.

Patiently waiting (maybe not so patiently) as the month of April is almost done as they confirmed it will be launched this month

Another user asked about this on a DSTV forum yesterday. This was the representative's response:

"As we've said, we will confirm on here when we are ready. This is why we are always so reluctant to give you specific dates - as things do move out. Let's rather say that you will have access to this in the first quarter of our financial year eg between April and end of June 2017."

So at best by the end of June :/

So I finally got my Chromecast Gen2 setup this evening and it is working perfectly for Live TV. As soon as I select catch up content it starts playing for about 5 seconds and then stops, giving me some message about a problem with the title. Anyone else experienced this? Casting from a Nexus 6 on 7.1.1 to a Samsung Smart TV.
