IS Exchange, Incoming HTTP traffic fails.

I am the webmaster at my school, we have an unshaped, uncapped 4Mbps ADSL line with static IP with MWeb on the IS network. We host our own mail server and website.

I have noticed that all users on exchanges other then the IS exchange can't connect to our site.

I have two DSL accounts, one on SAIX and one on IS, when I try browse to the site with my SAIX account, I get a connection failed, the domain does however ping and return the correct IP, and when I switch to my IS account, all seems to work.

Any ideas what might be causing this?

Big Problems unidentified and unresolved

I have noticed these problems intermittently for a while now and nobody seems to be able to know or acknowledge what is going on. The silence of IS and or SAIX is deafening ...

hmmm... well since Mweb is our ISP, we've been at their necks the whole day, eventually got given a email contact, some technical people that cannot be phoned.

Tried contacting Internet Solutions, but they said they couldent help.
