Agreed. Deserves yellow for that. The ones in the Gerrard vid are as bad or worse than that, though.
they were both going for the ball genius. you can't see if he got hit in the back with an elbow or what happened. the camera angle obscures what happens behind Gerrard's back.

Her should not have gone down as if someone had sniped him in the head, and then tried to con the ref into getting awarded a penalty.

I support my team through thick and thin, i cannot stand cheating and there is no place in sport for it.
Dont me mad man! I watched the game, as most of the people on this forum. There was no foul play. Even the commentators said that it was an absolute blunder from the ref.
As i said earlier - i have no reason to hate on Gerrard. He is one of my favourite players. Its just that i have noticed he has been diving alot lately.
It is sad to see.

Like I said, desperate times call for desperate measures. Liverpool have been dropping points and they were about to drop more, so when the opportunity arose, Gerard dived. It doesn't make it right but I'm just trying to add perspective.
