I understand contracts and so forth. But as far as i'm concerned there was a tacit agreement in my mind anyway, that IS would provide us with a crap unlimited service.

Out of curiosity - What did the contract you sign stipulate?

the contract is there best effort and there is no SLA.

i bet they are going to bring the 30GB down to 10GB soon.

They can't increase prices because we'll all go running to SAIX, so they will decrease the value of the product, if that is at all possible!
