Is Hellkom still being sued?

Reason I ask is that with the recent judgement that was delivered in the constitutional court in favour of 'Laugh it Off' (ye know those neat black labour shirts) does this not set some kind of precedent, hence leaving Telkom with not much of a case to argue. Im no legal beagle, but both cases seem to have a lot in common.

Hellkom is still being sued yes.. I can't say too much about it unfortunately but so far Telkom hasn't withdrawn the case.. perhaps they're expecting ME to?? LOL

Nope - teklom will only withdraw the case if they can get a nice media moment from it, methinks the time is not right for them yet.

The case can drag on for years, I'm very patient so either way is fine.
