I was never charged for the last month usage, I wonder why?

I as everybody else pay the usage of november month in december!!!! But i checked my statement and didnt see anything up to today, im charged every 1st of the month; my friend also was not charged for last month!!!


Anyone else?

I see ibutts accounts are still as incompetent as ever.
