Is anyone else being debited by IS Ignite for services they don't have?
This started happening to my company about a year ago, every 2-3 months suddenly an IS Ignite debit order is run. I've tried emailing their accounts department by no one ever answers. When i phoned them they said it was a one-time error with their debit order system...
Now they've taken yet another R3000 off me today that I need to get my bank to reverse for me.
