IS - International slow.

What is up with IS international today. It is slow as hell.

Ok on IS my download speeds aren't that bad, 51KB/s on a 512 line and here are my pings:

My IS international is both good and terrible.

imageshack images do not load for example, while a download of some PHP stuff was fast. Could this be that IS have some caching going on, and the cached pages are OK?

News24 is also very slow, while myADSL is ok.

IS speeds have been very intermitent for the last 10 days..or so..especially the news server has sumtimes major issues and i keep getting 400 service discontinued errors...which is a royal pain in the ass....
