My cap was no where to be seen just after 12am yesterday... you sure there wasn't another problem with your connection?

Seems they didn't remove the cap for Openweb users, until about 12pm.

there was a problem where IS ****ed up and didn't reset int caps. Local was as always but int was crippled till around 11ish..
