IS Internet Slow today

Is it just me or is IS super slow today?

Saix was crawling for me late afternoon as well, so I don't know what's up

Well Local is Blazingly fast but International is crawling :/ Can't even get Gtalk to connect and MSN does connect but its not doing anything much after that.

I had problems on local (this site mostly, so I can't comment on the rest)

I've also got horrible international at the moment. Has been happening since late afternoon

Yes I get a ping of 999 in all my games if I play on international servers. Thats SAIX and not IS so im not sure but even my fiber 1GB account is crawling with international. But local seems much faster.
