is IS ADSL down in the CPT area?

I have been down for several hours and wondering if anyone else is having the same issue..

Here is part of a tracert from the US (where I am now).

10 47 ms 43 ms 41 ms internetsolutions-sa1.nyk.cw.net [195.2.5.126]
11 40 ms 39 ms 42 ms 168.209.247.19
12 42 ms 42 ms 42 ms 168.209.244.20
13 290 ms 288 ms 296 ms 168.209.0.93

Then it dies..

international crawling - if doesn't die completely

International very slow at my office as well - IS connection.

Have not checked home, but will do so in the next hour.
