i cannot connect using my IS uncapped details... using telkom right now and i cannot contect to http://users.isdsl.net/ can anyone else connect to them right now?

I can't even log into my Telkom account to try and topup.

I bought a new axxess lite account but that also doesn't work.

Yep IS is down ? Approx 12:15am
PAP Authentication errors on Web Africa Local IS account & Afrihost
Switched to SAIX and Google DNS server 8.8.8.8 as cannot access IS DNS servers obvious

Thats why you have to a WA, Mweb, IS, SAIX accounts in case any network goes down.
or Seacom or SAT3 goes down
