Hi everyone .

I am having a huge problem and i really do not understand it.
My isp ( IS uncapped 1mb/s ) keep disconnecting from my router each 5 min. It 's working for 5 min and then it is disconnecting.
I change the router thinking it was the problem but nothing change.
So is it IS ? I have been hijack ? or .....?

please, does any1 experience this problem or did experience it.. need to fins out what a hell it's happening. thank u

Don't IS normally supply the router themselves for uncapped? Or is this a different package?

I have been through this many times ( 3 minute resets, 512k line ). The original Cisco IS supplied was prone to it, but they replaced it with a Billion and things are much better. When still on the Cisco the only thing that helped was them replacing the card in the DSLAM down the road. You might also try disconnecting the router for 10-15 minutes ( enough time for the DSLAM card to be sure the line is disconnected ie: not just a temporary drop, and reset itself ).
