What the hell is going on with MTN's voice services. First I have a problem making outgoing calls every now and then. I get told it must be an "app" on my phoning or my handset. I go through the waste of time of changing the sim so I can switch phones.

Now every second attempt to make an outgoing call results in "you have insufficient airtime to make a call". I have R150 airtime available. In order to make a call I need to restart the phone, and then one call or an hour passes and the error returns.

**** this is annoying. What's worse I can't get through to 173, when I select to speak to a human it disconnects.
 
I've also had a few times where i have airtime but it says i dont then i cant make calls
 
It's apparently a known problem with their network. Suppose it's time I brave another visit to a cell provide for porting
