Is it just my plex that is chowing bandwidth

So installed plex on my pc

This is the "server" and the tv is connected via lan to the router as well,So it all works great on the tv but my bandwidth is flying! Can't even use TS anymore cause of constant high ping 500-700ms on a 10mbps line.

This is weird cause i could stream netflix and have 60'ish ping which i was happy with..

So does anyone know why this could be

First install its probably querying TVDB and The movie DB for posters and information could be that especially if you have a lot of files
