Is it really worth it taking up?

This is something i have been considering for a while now and i think its time i did
but would just like to know wether it actually is worth having because I feel a certain
agency is trying to bully me in to paying the more than i have to? Clientele Legal is
worth having and do they help you or would i be wasting my time?
 
Thanks, i went through it and whats worries me is that i am also having issues with an estate agent!!
 
What do you expect for a company that charges a minute fraction of what a good lawyer would...
