Want to move from Telscum to Neotel, but do not want to be worse off.
At the moment I'm having a adsl (4 whatever, the fast one) with 10 gig bandwith from SOAL.

According to Neotel map this is what my coverage is.

NeoConnect Prime / NeoFlex Data Fair
NeoConnect Lite / NeoFlex Voice Not Covered

I'm considering the R 999.00 unlimited package, and I realize there will be a drop in speed, but the 2cent question is, how much? and is it worthwhile?

After these last few days of postings, regarding Neotel service and the Customer Care Centre, I personally don't think it is worth it.

I have also just noticed that the coverage in my area is excellent, only recently became available in my area, this year I think, but, no thank you Neocrap.

Until you offer a decent package you can stick it :)

And to think that, I was one that said on previous posts, that I would be one of the first ones to move to the Second Service Provider. lol NOT!!! Not until the service is up to standard, in other words, "never".

And to those that think I am being a "pessimist" ... wrong!! ... I call it "realist".

Neotel's Customer service center, I hear is about as bad as Telkoms.... if not worse. That alone, should scare you away from them. I too, wanted to move over to neotel, but all the bad vibe that I have been reading about on this forum... no thank you.

Until I see things changing... then they will not get my money.
