Is Kalahari.com still working

Has anybody had any luck getting though to Kalahari.com via email or call center?

My emails are not being replied to and their phones just keep you on hold,
And their Facebook page has a stack of similar complaints.

I'm worried that the "click click ding dong" might just be referring to how fast you get the sms when they debit your card but nothing else.

Took them over a week to respond to a simple email request from me, shocking service, decided not to buy from them

It's been a month since I requested a refund from them.
I last received an e-mail on the 19th.
They are utterly useless.

Whoa! Ive just spent 40min on the phone again, No answer! I just checked hello peter. They are being blasted by everyone, Surely with service like that they cant last?

They deserve to fail after the voucher debacle.
And now this issue with my refund.

I managed to get the money refunded to my Kalahari account then requested a refund to my bank account and still nothing.
Been almost a week and have yet to receive the refund.

They've gone well and truly down the ****ter since their "upgrade" in August.
