Is Kava available in SA?

Ive heard of its many benefits but i know its banned in some countries.I cant find it online in SA,does that mean its banned here?I cant find info on that point either...

Kava was withdrawn because of sever health risk with regards to liver damage.

You been through the usual checklist?:

Removing sources of blue light after dark: Use f.lux on your pc, Twilight for Android, incandescent bulbs in your house
Dark room: Light blocking curtains
Mattress / pillow suitable for you
Not eating late at night
No caffeine later in the day
Alcohol consumption?
Are you exercising?
Have you tried herbal teas / tinctures - lemon balm, chamomile, passion-flower?
Tried any progressive relaxation techniques before bed?
