I've been looking around but could not seem to find an answer to my question. The IS accounts with the 27gig local cap. Is it a proxy server or does international just stop and local goes on? In other words is there anything special you will do once international has been capped. Thanks.

Plugger123 - nothing special, no proxy setup or vpn etc.

You simply continue using your account.

I'm sure I heard something about it having 56k shared international?

The official product has no international access. Atm however, it seems like it hasnt been fully implimented and international still works after the cap.

The local just carries on at full speed - absolutely no difference.

I'm asking because I read something about an Openbrowse product that is like a proxy server. But I take it you just use this for international once you get capped if the ISP offers this.. and local just carries on like normal.
