IS Local Acc

Hi

I was wondering how strict OpenWeb are with their local only acc's with capping them. I've got a 20GB local account, but was wondering if i go over my cap, wil i get capped, are they very strick when it comes 2this?

more than likely but considering how cheap a 40 gig account this shouldnt be a problem

you can normally do 6-10 gigs more before getting capped
