IS Local Account (Urgent)

Pushing my luck here, but does anyone know if I will be able to get a IS Local Account at any ISP at this time of night if I am paying via bank transfer?

Dunno about IS, but webafrica should be able to do SAIX local 24/7. Phone them and find out maybe.
