is mtnzone billing acurate?

8h52 27 April,i checked mtnzone discount using the code *135*1#, 85% off to mtn numbers 60% off to voda numbers,i checked my balance,R58.96)i made a call to an mtn number which lasted for 43sec,i then checked my balance again,R57.37...i think this call should have cost me less than 50c...what's happening to other top up subscribers?
