It depends, what was the old one?
This morning i got slow connection I reboot the router I have the subnet mask
255.255.255.255 Is this the new one?
The old one was :255.255.255.0
I seriously doubt that, your internal network is most likely 255.255.255.0
Anyway whatever it is won't affect your speed.
The old one was 255.255.255.255, ask them to rather put you on 255.255.255.255 or 255.255.255.255 otherwise try the 255.255.255.255 one.
A PPPOE connection is point to point, you have an ip, the server has an ip. Your subnet mask is always 255.255.255.255.
Check for viruses
Check your telkom signal
Check your ping times
Check speedtest
Try another ISP see if it makes a difference
Likely scenario if your adsl connection is fine and you don't have virii could be a congested exchange.
did affect my speed(the speed like turtle climb tree.) my old external Should be 255.255.255.0
Go read up on what a subnet is and subnet mask is before you make stupid statements that make you look a bit retarded

So R U retarded. I said My speed did affect. and go look at 255.255.255.255 on google.
I know what you said, but the subnet has nothing to do with your speed.

So explain to me in your infinite wisdom how a subnet mask is going to affect your speed?
Also this is a mostly English forum
