Is my 4mb line ok?

Hi all

Beginning of this month I upgraded from 384k to 4mb. Yesterday, my connection dropped twice for around 5 min. Up until yesterday, on speedtest.net my line speed was 3.41 down and 0.43 up (the graph was constant - ie straight line)

Now speedtest.net tells me - 3.57 down and 0.43 up. However, the graph is NOT constant (very spikey) it jumps from like 1.5mb to 2.3 then upto 3.4 then back down to 1.9 etc during the test)

Do I have a problem???? (I'm nub )

Depends on many factors. Did you try a different ISP to see if you're having the same issues? What is your connection like (noise on the line etc all info in your router)

I havent tried any different ISP's, I'm using telkom. However my line is crackling abit?
